Supplemental Light
I plan on using a 400W HPS/MH combo for the main lighting for about 4-5 plants in a 3'x6'x8' area. I was thinking of using self-ballasted 175W MH bulbs in the clamp on lights with the silver shell reflectors for additional light. Anyone ever try this? It seems like a better way to add more light than using flourescents.

Supplemental Light
there is no reason why it wouldnt work
i prefer fluoro for supplemental light, just because of the spectral outputs that are available with the right bulbs... all the best fluoros are in the pet shop[align=center]\"You are in a constant state of learning, and life itself is your teacher.\" -Bruce Lee
