Yea those tin cans look like something from WW2.

I am sure they are ok, but yourself said, "You get what you pay for."

Those older ballasts are nowhere as efficient and stable as the ones made today. I am sure they work.....but.......

Sometimes the prize at the bottom of the cereal box jsut sucks too

I look at Insidesun.com and they have some pretty cheap prices.. But I must admit the Ballast looks like a cheesy steel box, where my other ballast looks like it is made mch better.. I was wondering if anyyone has any opinions.. are they worth it.. how long has your last... heat problems? etc....Service + delivery, customer service, etc.... Rating: 5
