Try holding in a cigarette, take a swig from a beer, then blowing out the smoke.

That will give you a head-rush. And I've always called it a "football".

I do something similar by taking a huge rip (of pot of course), hold it in then take a chug from a beer or a swig from a bottle, then letting it out. Iâ??ve always called it a "cannonball".
