Quarantines do not work at all......all it takes is the slightest mistake, its better to let natural evolution and scientific method to take place instead. More people die but in the end the strong survive (the very basis of biology and life). It sounds cruel however this is how nature works. Please do not come back with so many people can be saved because you know they couldnt. Either they have the cure or they dont, something will always break a quarantine. Talk to anyone who works in a hospital, Or any of the Disease Control and Study Centres.

(the very likely result is actually a harmless virus to both parties if you look at all the available evidence on virii , which isnt very much we dont understand very much about them at all in fact other than statistical behaviour on the whole...)
