Thanks alot BobBong, thats what I like to hear. I know that I may be younger than most of you but I am not a complete idiot. How I interpreted what most of you were saying is "your parents are going to get mad so stop". It sounded like a bunch of unwanted nagging that had no effect on me whatsoever. I really like how BobBong handled this with his specific details and examples. Maybe some of you can learn a lesson in schooling others from BobBong. I'm sure that you guys are all good people and therefore didn't want to help me screw things up but I think that there could've been a better way to handle this instead of belittling me. BTW, I'm a Freshman in college and I was only looking for a temporary fix for a semester or so until I move out.

And damn HARDON I had no idea you were an eighty year old hippie.

For me, junior signifies soemthing entirely different. But if you think HARD ON goes around on egg shells worring about peoples little feelings, well.....i think you should know better than that by now.

When HARD ON is prepared to show disrespect, I have a clear history of being able to do so with no unceratin terms.

I havent done that in a long long time.

If anyone is showing disrespect, its junior doing it to his parents.

Hey, i know where you're coming from man...Growing is a very personal thing. It's a hobby, a passion, a garden and producer. If everyone grew thier own.. and only thier own, then alot of things would change. The "drugwar" would be turned to REAL drugs like cocaine and heroin...the shit the destroys lives, drains trust funds and kills people.
The only reason pot remains illegal is because of the black market that is attached to it. Remove the market..and it removes the need for the regulation.

You say it's only a temporary fix, then take that into consideration when you rethink it...why can't you wait? If you're planning to move out, then why risk it? would it not be better to keep a strong bond with your parents after you move out? rather than messing up that bond.. breaking thier trust in you and getting kicked out?

That's a great setup you got there..keep it. add some more CFL's and you'll be right as rain for 2 strong plants.

Yeah I think this thread is just about over. I've decided to wait until I move out to grow. I really do appreciate ALL of you guys and the concern that you showed. It really made me think of the consequences of my actions and that what I do affects my parents as well. Honestly, I really didn't think about the possibility of me burning the house down and having my parents take all of the shit. I guess theres more to growing than just getting cheap weed. Thanks again guys.
