First we have what is known as a "national" government, and like I said, only ignorant fools would expect it to evacuate a lonely prison personally, considering there are rules set forth for such an occasion already. Then a "state" government... then a "city" government. Havent lost you yet, have I Nicky boy? Ok then there are rule enforcers/workers under this "city" government, such as ~gasp~ SHERIFFS and Police Chiefs, whos job is to take care of such things! Hooray, youve graduated! What'd you expect, Bush to come in and evacuate every prison/store/hotel/casino/house/kitty cat? So since your under the Canadian govt, if you smell like ass and walk around its the Canadian governments fault?

it would be if it was a law that i cant walk around smelling like ass.

as to your other "points", i guess you forget where money to fix such things comes from. i guess they must not have had that police dept. bake sale this year.

you're a fool. prisoners were drowning while bush came on television and talked about how great things were going. i thought prison was to rehabilitate. how much love for society and government do you think they'll have once theyre released?

point is, bush made statements about things he didnt know about...kinda like how you do. i guess thats why he's your hero.

you're doin a heck of a job, yocass

Yet you just talk out your ass assuming I like bush? hypocritical dumbass since all you can use now is personal attacks, its ok... I know your not smart.
