Draw is just the another term for an amount of cannabis not solid in particular but any cannabis( names for solid include Puff hash solid!lol rocky in some parts - eg - "sell me a draw", "have you got any draw?" in the old days u would get a 5 draw - £5 and a 10 draw - £10 would also call it gear as in "u got any gear to sell?"

Is it just resin/hash with a different name or a totally different drug all together i remember that it was pretty cheap to buy i have never have it but this guy was a bit of a prat so just wondered what it was.
