No. It's not the same as killing someone. There are varieations of the law. Speeding is against the law. But when you are given a ticket do they endict you and then have you go to trial in front of a 12 person jury to see whether or not you are innocent or guilty? Drug offenses atleast in this state have the three strikes your out thing going on. The first time you get caught with a bag you go to jail, post bail, and then go to court to pay a fine. Second time you do the same but the fine and the jail time is a little more lengthy. Third time it's 20 years and a HUGE fine. So no smoking pot is not the same as murder. It's illegal. And I don't give a fuck. If you want to know why I smoke weed check out the politics section of the forum and read "our government" that will tell you why I smoke weed. Besides the fact that I know our government is full of asswipes that don't know what is best for the country I smoke because it makes me feel good. I don't like alcohol and have no desire to do any other drugs except shrooms. And I don't smoke cigarettes. Other people drink a beer when they get home from work. Or smoke ciggs. Well just like those people I enjoy a joint.
nancyrenee Reviewed by nancyrenee on . ? Why do you smoke/toke/ whatever cannabis? I mean, its against the law. Technically its the same as killing someone. i'm just wondering. Also if you have such a problem w/ our laws (if your in america) why do you live here? why don't you get out of the country if you can't stand to follow a few of the laws in our country its free enough as it is. I'm not tryign to flame on you guys or anything just an inquiring mind wondering as to why you do it. Rating: 5
