I don't know about getting accepted but you can get kicked out. The cops found a stem and 3 seeds in my friends truck and eventhough the cops didn't do anything about it (there wasn't enough for charges) the school still kicked him out. So if you do have something in your record it could hurt your chances of getting in.

It varies a lot from school to school. I know a kid who got caught smoking pot in his room (smoking of any kind isn't even allowed in the dorms) and all he got was community service, which meant escorting people at night for the Anti-Rape Task Force.

my friends got busted all they got was a long lecture frm the school and police but they were suspended 4 awhile aswel but i dont think it will effect there future i any way becoz they r all still under 16

Most colleges worth a damn will do a background check on you as part of the admittance. After you get into college tho, dont get caught and you should be able to smoke up a storm without a care

Don't fuckin' sweat it if your going to community college. But if you were planning to go to Harvard (or Cambridge for those of you in the UK), then you are shit out of luck.

around here u can erase that possession charge with a few hours of community service and they still havent called me back to do mine
