well seeing as how this is my 200th post i thought id share the article about Lil John sueing hustler to everybody on this sight! have a good one! sorry about the long read.

These days the staff of ChartAttack are all about the crunk. Seriously, we'd totally change our name to CrunkAttack, in a second if it wouldn't completely disassociate us from our own magazine.

That's why it hurts â?? right here â?? when someone messes with Lil Jon. The master of crunketry, Jon filed a lawsuit Monday after unwittingly appearing in a porn video.

Now try not to get too excited all you doting crunkers and crunkettes, Lil Jon didnt get caught with his pants down, a la R. Kelly. Instead the suit claims that footage shot on- and backstage at one of the rapper's concerts was illegally edited into a Larry Flynt production.

Phat Tuesday centers around five women visiting a pre-trashed New Orleans to attend Mardi Gras. In between having sex with various men, not to mention each other, the ladies naturally take in a Lil Jon show. Flynt Productions also edited the performer's picture into the composite photo on the DVD's cover, standing next to two of the rowdy stars, with the text "Featuring Lil Jon, King Of Crunk."

Don't get the wrong idea â?? Lil Jon doesn't have a moral problem with appearing in a skin flick, it's just that Phat Tuesday is standing in the way of his own adult video. The unauthorized Flynt movie has "glutted the market," alleges the lawsuit, taking attention and profits away from Jon's own planned release, Lil Jon\s&\sThe East Side Boyz Vivid Vegas, which was supposed to hit seedier video stores everywhere this summer.

In fact, the vid would have been the rapper's second foray into adult entertainment, following his earlier Lil Jon's American Sex Series. Since that product made "significant income," the suit estimates a new video would have likely doubled in revenues, given his current popularity. The delayed release has also pushed back a third in-the-works feature, Lil Jon\s&\sThe East Side Boyz Nightclubbin'.

Jon's lawsuit claims breach of contract, false advertising, infringement of right to publicity and appropriation of name and likeness, asking for $500,000 U.S. in lost income and another $75,000 for the breach Flynt Productions allegedly committed when they didn't clear the concert footage with TVT Records. Flynt's corporation acquired it from another company, Category 5, who shot the band's New Orleans stop in February 2004.

Then there's Lil Jon's reputation, which he alleges is damaged through association with Larry Flynt and his infamous Hustler magazine. Going for gold, the suit estimates that loss of "goodwill" at a cool $30 million. Holy crunk.
