Need help selecting a hydro strain
Hi there,
just setting up a decent sized hydro grow room (in the next month) and I have been looking at different strains. Was contemplating using "AVALON" but Mr. Emery (who I was going to get seed stock from) is busy dealing with other "governmental" issues, and I don't think I'll be able to deal with him in the future. I was wondering if there might be another source for this strain, or if someone might have another strain in mind......
I'm looking for what everyone wants..... a high yielding, short grow cycle, potent strain in either the indica or sativa strains.
If anyone has a suggestion I'd love to hear their experiences (positives and negatives about them). I do have Jack Hare and Goo available in clones. They seem to be OK, but don't have any info on the using the hydronics
MUchas Thanks!Lanietheberner Reviewed by Lanietheberner on . They are both fine in Hydro. 99% of the indoor strains grow hydro just fine. Hydroponics is just a system of growing there is no special plants that must use Hydroponics. Pick your favorite and have fun, if you use clones at least you know the sex already and can grow to finish faster.

Need help selecting a hydro strain
I had great results from AK-47 (Serious Seeds), and feminized Grapefruit (Female Seeds.nl) in a hydro grow. AK-47 was a big yielder and easy to cultivate. No growth issues, no nute-burn, deficeincies. I wish I could find the same strain in a female or feminized version. I'm growing Skunk Special feminized right now because I saw some awesome results by another grower on this message board. I too am looking for the ultimate strain (quick yield).
