Every time i have done it i used 20x and thats seemed to do the trick for me ive never had any hallucinations as in seeing other things while still in reality every time i go completly out of it and im in a whole new world with no one i know. so ya i think 10x and up should be good just take huge hits and hold them in for about 30 seconds and if that doesnt work then i would go with some 40x or more
