Who's a vegetarian here?
If you mean we're born to eat meat, meaning that we're physically adapted to meat meat, than you're right. We're omnivores by "nature", and actually humans could not have evolved without eating meat, according to one theory. When our ancestors began to introduce more meat into their diet, their brains actually grew over countless generations because of the additional protein in their diets.

Does that mean we "need" meat now? No, there are many high protein choices today, like soy.

ooo wow beachguy, you made fun of my name... how original! And again, its a fuckin quote dipshit. I posted it for laughs, as Ive already said. His arguement doesnt matter, but his point is the hypocracy of vegans. You get sand in your vagina when you see animals die for human consumption, but when animals die that arent big and noticed, you shrug it off. And of course its murder. And of course it doesnt matter if you intended to kill. The fact is, no matter what you eat from commercial foods, your contributing to somethings death more then likely. What about the insects being killed from pesticides etc? The point is, who are any of us to draw the line at what animals deserve to die for our food? You want to have a personal line, fine. Just acknowledge that its still in the middle. Only way to not kill anything to live, is to die. Even plants are living, whether they feel pain or not, they were alive till you ate them, right? If it wasnt murder to kill civilians in war we wouldnt have such accurate bombs and weaponry to minimize civilian casualties. Why do you think so many people were mad about hiroshima? Why do you think we havent used such a massive weapons since WWII?

yocass, there is a difference between intentionally killing something or contributing to the killing of something and unintentionally killing something or something being killed as an indirect result of your actions. That's why there is murder and then there's manslaughter.
Look, let's not get caught up on pedantics. My conscience is clean, because I don't eat meat and therefore don't contribute knowingly to the torture and murder of animals.
And anyway, your argument is flawed. You're basically saying "I'm not going to stop killing these animals because you kill those." The fact of the matter is at least i'm trying to make a difference.

I personaly do not see being a vegetarian as proper.. its called the food chain.. we eat things that run around in the wild, its natural, i love the taste of a nice cut of steak cooked to perfection, using some salt to realy bring out the flavor. Besides... there are no vegetarian lions, meaning your a nice cut of steak to something anyway.. just let it be...

how am I saying that? Im saying I dont care, Id kill the damn cow myself. You just ignore the fact that your eating contributes to millions of animal deaths a year, as does mine. Only difference is, your the one with a moral issue with it. and you are knowingly contributing to animals deaths, every piece of bread you eat required some animal to die most likely. Your just placing a higher value on cattle and pigs rather then rats, as I place a higher value on people rather than cattle and pigs. Really no difference.... And both our conciouses are clear

No, the difference is that i'm trying to minimise the amount of animals that die as a result of my actions. Yes, maybe animals do die in fields of vegetables, and I feel bad about that... and I try to only eat locally grown vegetables that are grown in small farms and alotments and such, but it's not always possible to do that. But my not eating meat at least i'm doing the best I can. I'm not just throwing my hands in the air, saying fuck it and going out to shoot a bunny.
