    Who's a vegetarian here?

after seeing that video a couple months ago, i was a vegatarian for awhile, but than i decided, why not jus eat kosher meat from a kosher butcher i trust? i'm jewish so i know the strict rules of the process of making sure meat is kosher, so when i am eating it i know the animals were treated humanely and died of natural causes or were killed in one swift cut with no pain

here's something that not many vegetarians know (or care to acknowledge): every year millions of animals are killed by wheat and soy bean combines during harvesting season. Oh yeah, go on and on for hours about how all of us meat eaters are going to hell for having a steak, but conveniently ignore the fact that each year millions of mice, rabbits, snakes, skunks, possums, squirrels, gophers and rats are ruthlessly murdered as a direct result of YOUR dieting habits

God put cow on earth so i can sink my teeth into it, and do that i will. Salad is quite good tho. I think those whom r vegetarians get too much shit for it honestly....i think its very noble for someone to feel like eating another living creature is wrong. If you have that much campassion for wild life then word to you my broda!

Saying that animals dying from farming vegetables is the same as boiling the skin off of thousands of pigs and slitting their throats while they're still alive is... fucking stupid, to tell you the truth.

    lol, Hey torog,

I knew you'd have something to say about this topic..

Edit: Thanks for the kind words, Lily.. I don't get why vegetarians get shit either. I mean, if you stopped eating tomatoes would I give you shit for it and try and convince you to change your mind? lol

and being crippled and mangled in the baking sun dying cuz a combine fucked your shit up up is humane? how come 500000000 rats dying is so much better than 500000 cows dying? if you can say that the rats are less significant than cattle, then I can say cattle is less significant than humans, right? Personally.. you already know I dont give a shit either way heh. Im gonna eat my shit, and your gonna eat your shit and no one is gonna change anyones minds for the msot part. but answer me this, you have any leather? lol

Nope, no leather at all. I had a pair of leather shoes that someone bought me ages ago, but I gave them away.

And there's a difference between animals being bred solely for the purpose of being murdered and animals accidently dying as a result of tractors and such. At least I didn't purposely kill anything, nor did I purposely contribute to the killing of anything. That's the difference.

Oh and yeah, i'll eat my shit and you'll eat your shit.. as long as you don't try and eat my shit then we're cool.

wow... thought you were above that response lol. Mind if I qoute the same site I linked?

"That's right: the gloves have come off. The vegetarian response to this embarrassing fact is "well, at least we're not killing intentionally." So let me get this straight; not only are animals ruthlessly being murdered as a direct result of your diet, but you're not even using the meat of the animals YOU kill? At least we're eating the animals we kill (and although we also contribute to the slaughter of animals during grain harvesting, keep in mind that we're not the ones with a moral qualm about it), not just leaving them to rot in a field somewhere. That makes you just as morally repugnant than any meat-eater any day. Not only that, but you're killing free-roaming animals, not animals that were raised for feed. Their bodies get mangled in the combine's machinery, bones crushed, and you have the audacity to point fingers at the meat industry for humanely punching a spike through a cow's neck? If you think that tofu burgers come at no cost to animals or the environment, guess again."

and good job on the leather, hate it when people who dont eat meat for moral reasons stride around in leather. Bugs the shit outta me lol.

I have nothing against meat-eaters. I see diet as a personal choice. I realize that people have been eating meat for, well, just about all of human history. Although I do believe the way meat is handled today is rather cruel and inhumane, and it definitely needs to be changed, I don't expect everybody to change their diets because of something they can't control like the meat industry.

You guys let me eat what I want to eat, and I'll let you eat your flesh that you have to cook deadly bacteria out of.

it's not the same, but they get brutally murdered with spinning blades, I'd rather be dropped in boiling water or have my throat slit than be decapitated by spinning blades anyday, at least those are a more instant death.

And congratulations on being a vegetarian for what, two weeks? all because of one little internet video? Time to bin all your belts and shoes GHoSToKeR, wouldn't want any leather in your house would we? Also you'll need to stop drinking milk and eating fish too, it's all cruelty.

    2 weeks pfft
