Not a narcotic, but still enjoyable for many. Drugs are generally about twice as strong snorted, but many pills (tramadol likely included) contain so many other drugs, fillers, binders,ect, that snorting is a bad idea. Morphine is a strong narcotic, and will get you high however you do them, although snorting would not be my first choice.
