19 or 21
19 is good, a year after your able to smoke ciggs etc. legally and your an adult and you have a years experience of being an adult to make good decisions.
21... wouldn't cause much controversy at that age, you already have to be that old to drink in the US ( should be 18 or 19 though to drink IMO... )OzzyOz Reviewed by OzzyOz on .
