At least what age should one be to consume cannabis?

Hmm, I chose 16. I'm a bit older than that (turned 18 in January) but that's the age when I started smoking heavily (although junior year I slowed down alot).

I know I am getting older now. I rely think it should 21. Even know I stared around 16 my self, but I was a dumass at 16. We all where and those of you 16 nowâ?¦ You are but you just donâ??t know it yet. Just wait until you turn 20 and you look back. The drinking age is 21 mostly because of the effect on the body. The same is true with Marijuana. You donâ??t think the same. I donâ??t drive any more when I am high. That is just stupid. But I did when I was younger. You get a wiser when you get older (some more than other) and you more experience in life. There for you should be better able to make your own choices.

I just remember all the stupid thing I did when I was high. I donâ??t want him to do the same. Also when you are 16 you look on life is a little different than at 21. That all donâ??t mean to piss off everyone 15-20. But all-in-all it has to be controlled to a point a very fine point.

Just because you were a dumbass doesn't mean everyone else is/was/will be Sure plenty of people will make mistakes, but thats life. You live and learn. Some learn faster than others.

true but society makes laws based on money and morality... and i believe it in the best intrest of those who don't know, or understand, that if legal, it should be like 21...

I think 17+ is good. Lots of people have somehow matured between 16-17 as they are now really thinking about college and what they need to do with their lives. And the people who are gonna fuck up and make mistakes, would probably be making the same mistakes with alcohol.

no one actually mature until they have experianced enough of life IMO.

they say males don't become mature until their late 20's sometimes mid 30s.

They also say females become mature around 17+.

I think it all depends on the person personaly.

what age? im not sure.. and i don't care.. if legal i think it should be age 18+ if your old enough to die for your country you should be old enough to experiance what the world has to offer. including alcohol.

I have 6 kids...I say 18....same as cigarettes.They can choose then as long as they graduate first.

I personally think it should be 16 or 17, 16.5 would probably be good, then again I also thing they should bump up the ages of tobacco and booze.
