Firefox Help

The menu bar at the top of Firefox has disappeared and it's gone full screen. Nothing I do works, I can't minimise and I can't open a new browser, so how do I get out of full screen mode or get the menubar back without having to close the browser or end the process?

opera is the best browser you will find. now that firefox is popular, its sooo insecure

opera doesnt always display pages correctly for me. went back to firefox
