Are you counting from the time you stuck the tomatoe seeds in the ground or from the time they sprouted? What strain..? how close do you have the lights? Also your plants could double in a day.. (you would be amazed how fast they grow when they are that young, maybe not double, but you should notice some growth) Be patient.. I dont think you want a reg bulb (too much heat, wrong sprectrum, just bad light) stick with the flors and try to get them as close as possible..
