How did you tell your parents you smoke/how did they find out and how did they react?

My mom when she was in Berkely was a stoner and did some other stuff. My dad has been smoking for over 40 years(he's 63) so he still tokes.

I told my mama that I was smoking pot and she didn't get angry just dissappointed and worried about my health. My grades are still fabulous and everything. She's mostly worried about the legal part and health. She said it would be fine if I ingested it but not smoke it. Weird eh? But she said it was up to me to do it or not and to be extremely cautious.

My rules when I have kids.

1. Doesn't smoke until 17, that's when I started.

2. Must have B's or higher to smoke.

3. Must have all hw finished.

4. Don't drive while stoned.

my mom found papers in my room - asked about them and i said i didnt do it anymore - i actually wasnt at the time so it wasnt a lie - well like 6months later i came home high as hell and said goodnight and she asked me to come over to her, she was like theres something by your eye what is it - well she stared me down and my eyes were red as hell - i lost - so i just went to my room and my dad came home from work and came into my room after talking to my mom and said "have you been smokin' dope?' - well i laughed and didnt say much and he left - im not sure if they still think i smoke or not - they probably know just dont care much - i am 19

one time my brother was smokin outta his bong in his room. thing is my dad was just in the middle of putting an socket in the wall and he was just taking a break...so my dad came up right in the middle of one of my brothers hits. my dad was furious. he confiscated the bong and then 2 months later my brother and i were down at my uncles place (my dad spends most of the summer there) and we found the bong sitting on the work bench in the basement, so me and my bro and my uncle and my dad all go out behind the barn (they have like 54857295 horses) and smoke a bowl. good time. horses were staring us down

i was at home aone,,, at least thats what i thought when my friend calls up and is like yo i got some fire wanna chill. and loud as fuck i say YEA MAN HOOK ME UP W/SOME OF THAT DANK SHIT. unfortunatly my mom was right outside of the room at tha moment. so it pretty much sucked for me for like a week after.

my mom smelled it on me a coupla times i think, but never really confronted me until she caught me hitting a bowl on the back porch with my friend alisa. she clearly saw me and then didnt really do anything about it. for a while she made little sly comments when she'd kiss me goodnight, like smell my hair or something, until finally it was an unspoken rule that if i didnt do it around her it was pretty much all right. then one time she caught me fishbowling the bathroom, banged on the door yelling "dont smoke in the house!" but i pretty much ignored her.

now i can get away with pretty much everything...today my mom was putting my sweatshirt in the wash, found my suspension note inside that says "suspended for illegal use of marijuana on school campus", came upstairs and made me smell it cause it actually reeked of weed. it was pretty funny.

I left my myspace on and it had hella stuff about drugs. I didnt feel like thinking of an excuse so I just told her.

She started to get upset, so to make her laugh I told her how the bottle of Brandi in the refrigerator is gatoraid.

I completely ignored her orders to stop, so now shes doing this "4 day punishment" where I cant do anything at all. Doesnt really work.
