How did you tell your parents you smoke/how did they find out and how did they react?

haha, sweet Caruso. My parents grounded me because i had a big party, but basically they said its cool if i do it, just not around the little siblings, and not in the house unless i cover the smell. And not to get caught.

Sort of the same thing with me Caruso, except when i was cleaning my pipe, it reeked up the house, and they came home when i was drying it. I stupidly scraped out the resin and threw it away, didn't know you could smoke it then (it was just a bit after i started), and then they searched through my trash and stuff..which was pretty gross. Resin isn't all that was in there, haha. Anyway, my dad thought i did it from peer pressure, so was disapointed in me. My mom didn't like it, but she's come to terms with it now, as long as my grades are decent. She still has those "brainwashed" ideas about it, but whatever. At least I don't have to care about hiding it when I come home baked on weekends. If it's on weekdays, then she gets pissed, because she thinks it makes you retarded for several days. But yeah, my mom and dad's friends (ALL of them) smoked, did mushrooms, dropped acid. Basically total hippies in the 70s. Shitty thing is, my parents were the ones in their groups that didn't. Lucky ol' me. :-/

But my parents said they'd smoke with me once they retired, since I kept telling them not to tell me how bad it is, until they try it. They don't say much anymore, unless my grades drop.

its wierd, my parents let me start drinking since i was 13 but i know for a fact that they would disown me if they ever caught me smoking weed.

god tried to teach me a lesson. it was a very nice sunday afternoon and i had about a 15 sack left over from the other night when me and a couple people got fucked up. i decided to go out back and smoke a bowl. my dad smokes so i just used his pipe and did 2 bowls. i was fucked. then i looked up front just to check and what do you know? my mom just got home from church!! OMFG! I thought. the wind was blowing so i was sure she could smell it. i went through the back door and put the pipe and my weed in my pocket. i thought she would start yelling at me immediately but she didn't. then she asked me if i wanted something to eat. i didnt want to look obvious but i said yeah. then she said "you been smoking?" "no.", i hesitantly lied. she gave me a strange look "i can smell it on your breath" "dad just left" i said. he was in the garage. "yeah, ok" she said as she rolled her eyes. and that was that. wasnt as SCARY as most people think getting caught was be.

i never really told my dad but i think hes smelled it on me a few times. and occasionally he leaves weed out for me. i love my dad. even though sometimes he pisses me off, for that, i love him.

my step father found a bag, not to much. he flipped out on me, flushed it right in front of me. told me "never start doing this shit". two weeks later he came up to my room, and asked if i had a J. i thought it was a trap, but we smoked and ever since then we have been REALY close. my mom tokes to, she's funny running around cleaning and laughing. we watched up in smoke together.
