first of all, are you O or M, and second, i didn't know medical marijuana came that close to passing on a federal level! oh and O thinking that people would abuse it if it was legal...it won't change who does it, it just means that the people that are interested will do it, and the ones that aren't...won't...so it makes no difference. plus you have all those potheads that do it just to look cool and stuff, they'll quit as soon as it's legal.
In Amsterdam, when they finally legalized marijuana, its use spiked up a considerable amount, but then it went to an all time low after awhile...even though there's still lots of people there that smoke
