How much money would it take...
$50,000 is the prize in Fear Factor and they eat worse things than dog puke. Like, Pig Scrotum.
Puke would be rather acidic, I'm not sure if that would be safe.
"Ok, for your next stunt, you're gonna eat this bucket of dog puke."
