pre employment test some questions?

Hi, I smoke about average amounts at average times(A joint like 4 times a week), I am a college basketball player and also play lacrosse at a high level,(if that helps determine wheter i would be clean or not?) I have a test tomorrow for a job and the last time I smoked was 2 weeks ago, I was going to try diluting and gatoraide and vitamins but i Have a clean person ofering to give me there Urine an hour before i take the test, the test is going to be performed at someones house and then sent to a lab. I was just wondering what would be better to do try the dilution or do the substitution and if i did do dilution would certo work, then if i did do subsititution would i even have to worry about anything like temperature if it is getting "sent" to the lab? Please send me some answers, and maybe some encouraging advice or help, You know peace of mind sake. Thanks alot

Certo wont help. Read the substitution and dilution guidelines linked to in my signature and decide what is best for you. N2

Hey N2 thanks for the reply I took my test and used Substitution, she checked it right there in front of me sealed it up in a bag and sent it off to the lab it was at a reading which was 94 or something so it was good, Why would she have put the urine in two different containers? and if all that I told you happened and im like 100% sure the urine i got was clean does that mean im in the clear and i get the job? There is nothing the lab can do but test for the drugs right?
Well boy was i happy after I pulled that urine out of my pants and it read a good temp. Well thanks alot for the help and I was also wondering should they phone me or if it is a negative test they usually dont phone?
