Not that this really applies, but I find that no N in final 2-3 weeks of flower really sweetens both overall smell and taste. I have a strain (commercial) that if sealed or bagged too early, will taint the smell. But, doesn't really effect the taste. The second step, slow drying in paperbags, (I use boxes from the office supply) is the most crucial for smell(imo).

Every thing i read say Hang buds in a dark cool place with fan circulating air untill stems will snap then take buds and put them in mason jars for 4 to 7 days.
