harddon's post has some useful info in there..

for people not starting a grow right away i'd suggest drying in the closet/grow chamber/whereever they are growing, because that should be fully light and smell-proof anyhow (and you don't want anyone else to smell your buds, after they're already harvested )
just leave the ventilation and the filter on the lowest setting for a few days, and then prepare them accordingly (harddons paper-bag solution sounds interesting, and should logically work pretty well)

inner moisture is the huuuuge killer of firm and big buds, and can be a pain in the a$$.. i've seen huge top buds being thrown away because of this and it's always a sad view (no, you wouldn't want to smoke molding buds) so getting this right is important

we've had buds being cured for over 6 months (but that was for storage as well) and they were a grade a smoke
