Growing under your bed.. wtf

i was talkin to one of the potheads @ my school today about growin n shit, he said u can grow under your bed and have the plant grow on a curve.. this possible? i know you can shape ya plant but is it possible to have it grow just completly outward instead of upwards?

the biggest complication that came to my mind is setting up a light under your bed which wouldnt work i dont think.. and he was sayin wire it up so that the light shuts off when the door opens so if somebody walks in they dont see a bright light commin from under the bed.

Yes, you can bend them (SoG, LST and SCRoG mainly), but make it grow all the way sideways? No fucking way dude... the plants use gravity... if they didn't I'd be growing weed on my roof!
