in almost every state less than an ounce is punished as municipal ..some states u get prohabation for a year...and rehab..some just give education classes and community service..and some give it an honorary discharge

I was fined in New York (of course, only caught with a bowl) and Virginia (caught with 1/4 oz.) and had 10 weeks of "pot-classes", which I took 11 of because of .14 ng of THC found in my blood. Be thankful you got the PCP Charges dropped, I'm guessing it wasn't yours. Have a wonderful Saturday, Lizzzzzz

i got them dropped because it wasnt pcp...motherfu kers are stupid and claimed urine was pcp till they got it tested at the lab...they were charging me with distrubution and possesion and of 8 ounces....assholes

the smelled it ...i told them to drink it and see if they get fucked up!
very careless cops, they left my xanax and scale in my car..they coldve bagged me for dealing bud but instead deciede to pursue the pcp thing
they swore i was on pcp at the time of arrest also
