I had them in the office toaster oven, at 215.F...but the crackers started to burn at the edges, so I took them out after 7 minutes.

Well, then that's your problem right there. Not enough heat and for to little time. Live and learn. With two grams you should have been flying 'sa damn shame. Next time make them at home in the oven, instead of at the office.
