can a female clone turn hermie?

Yes it can, most definatly yes. Can be caused by light leaks, that meaning the dark period not being 100% dark, or major, major stress, in whatever way.

Stress can turn any female into a hermie plant. Heat is one of the most likely cause of stress that will turn your plant into a hermie.
