Im with Pingu on this one, cookies are deffinately better soft! I used to be a baker for Sainsburys and always used to get in trouble for baking em soft. Always got sold coz my stoner buddies would come in for my extra soft cookies! Up yours instore manager, supply n demand bitch. And now that im no longer there, they're the hardest crappest cookies ever. Bring back the softies!!
