One of the issues of this topic is that there are so many variations of the processes. Its a matter of personal preferences.

In fact I remember you yourself saying that no cure method was in fact needed at all Just dry and smoke

Then where does the 'water cure' method.....get posted?

Perhaps we can have a list of the different types of harvest and manicure procedures....
