Test in 2 days..helllllp?!

I have to take a pre-employment drug test at Quest Diagnostic in White Plains in two days.
Last i smoked was 8 days ago, right before i found out about the test! I'm usually an on-again, off-again user, but...let's just say that i was a chronic user for 2 months, before my last smoke 8 days ago (by their standards, that means it stays in my system for up to 30 days!).
Now, i've been trying to clean out my system by drinking lots of water, plus im drinking green tea about 3-4 times a day. I've been running for 30-45 min a day for the past few days (would have been exercising more, but i've been studying day and night for an LSAT). I've also been eating red meat for the past 3 days (for creatine?), even tho i rarely eat red meat.
I also bought one of those detox drinks from GNC (it's called CHF), which im planning to drink the morning of the test, along with tons of water.
Does ANYONE have anymore suggestions and, also, a good guess of how screwed i am??

I think you'll be fine. I actually had a test done at quest not too long ago. I was too afraid of using nay kind of flush, so i ended up going to a local head shop and got some quick fix synthetic pee and passes with flying colors. If you do the flush drink, make sure you follow the intructions right. If you decide to go with fake pee, make sure it's warm but not too warm. I tied a pocket warmer that came with it to my sample to get it warm, but had to take it off before the test because it was over a hunderd degrees. i passed for the job, but ended up taking an offer at another one where they pay me more and I don't get tested ever. I also get to work at home and smoke whenever I want. Now if I can find a hookup, I'll be the happiest man alive.

i hope you're right cuz i have no other offers at the moment, so im puttin all my hopes into this fucking test coming out negative.
i was too worried bout getting synthetic pee cuz i wasn't sure if they monitor you or not while you give the sample. anyway, too late for that now. i guess ill just drink a bunch of fluids before going in and hope for the best!
sounds like a nice setup you've got there, minus the lack of a hookup! good luck with that, and thanks for giving me some hope

no problem. like I said, I'm sure you'll be just fine. If you haven't smoked in a while and you're drinking plenty of water, you should be good ot go. I think those drinks tell you to take it a few hours before the test and I beleive you have to pee at least twice before the test. Just make sure it's not the first pee of the day. I've heard that's when you have the best chance to test positive. And allthough they don't watch you pee, they do make you emtpy out your pockets. I got around this by wearing some swimming trunks under my jeans. I put the sample in the pocket of the trunks and emptied my jean pockets and just dumped the sample into the cup. Good luck. well, i took the test on Friday. My pee was so clear i figured one of three things would happen: 1) i'd manage to pass the test, 2) my pee was so diluted they'd call me back for another test, or 3) my efforts to clean out my system the week before were futile b/c i tested positive anyway.
So i go into work today, spend the whole day learning the ropes. I can tell my new boss friggin' loves me, and he's talking about all these projects he wants me working on with him.
Then, i'm on my way home from work and i get a message from my phone telling me i have a voicemail...
"Hi, this is a message for ____ from Wendy at the office of Dr. (Whatever the Hell his name was). The Doctor would like to speak to you about your test results. Plz call back between the hours of blah, blah, blah..."
So, like i said, im SO screwed. By the time i got the message, his office was closed. I have the day off tomorrow (Rosh Hashanah), so i'm gonna call the doctor in the A.M. and.......well, i dunno what the hell im gonna say or do....
one thing's for damn sure...i probably ain't going back to work on Wednesday

yea, hopefully that's all it is. it was my understanding that employees don't even get the test results. I thought it was sent strait to the employer and they told you. let us al know what they tell you. I'm hurting for you man.

So i called the number and it turns out to be some florida center and, as you predicted, they tell me that it's too diluted...
then i ask, "Ok so what does that mean? am i supposed to take the test again?" and he says, "it's not my job to discuss future drug tests with you. you'll have to speak to your employer to find out about their policies on diluted drug tests"
fucking great....so i have to go in on Wednesday and tell my employer it was too diluted, which is of course gonna make me look suspicious. and i dont know if i should buy another one of those damned drinks b/c if it comes up diluted a second time, they're gonna be like, "This girl is obviously trying to hide something"

on a brighter note, i took two at home urine tests today.
one was specifically for marijuana, the other was for everything (even tho i smoke trees, only).
both came out negative...
anyone know how accurate these things are?
anyone have an experience where their home test was neg, but their lab test came out pos?
