Well I see this thread is almost dead since the facts are coming out. It took 3 Grand Juries to get an indictment, the first, which has heard the evidence for over 6 months Refused to. The 2nd one no charges came about. The 3rd, which was only polled about the case for 4 hours, and heard NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER, Handed down an Indictment. Hell, EVEN CNN IS SAYING THE CHARGES LOOK POLITICALLY MOTIVATED And he used a rarely, almost never used election law to go after Delay. He was even pissed off when the first grand jury wouldnt hand down an indictment. Booo hoooo hooo Goes the winy liberal in the lawyers outfit.
