Agent Lemon is a wonderful, and wonderfully easy extraction. The after product is fine to consume and the guaif should leave with the ammonia.

As for not feeling sick when eating, your best bet is just to not eat. For me DXM functions as a ((kickass)) appetite suppressant. I force myself to drink water and apple sauce for health reasons, but other then that I just don't eat, otherwise I get nautious.
