How Close?

i have my seed sprouting but my cab is not ready. so for now until i can get the cabinet i have a clf sunlight bulb that has 135W, 2000 Lumens right above the sprout about an inch. is this ok until the end of the week? and just move the light every day or so? and also what kind of lights does everyone recemend for a cabinet that is 19.5" deep, 31" tall, and 28" wide? thanks everyone

well minus about 8 inches for the blub so u got 20 inches and a pot to grow it in

well now that my check wasnt as big as it should have been i have to wait to get the cabinet. but right now i have two 20 watt 24" grow lights from wallmart and two 135 watt, 2000 lumens clf on them. i also have a little 4-5" oscelating desk fan next to them. the clfs are within a couple inches of the plants but they havent grown really. any tips or ideas? sorry dont have pics. and dont know how to send them from phone to pc

i just noticed that my clfs dont look the same as all the other pics i see with them. im afraid i might have bought the wrong kind. i was afraid of that since i bought them.
