oh ya, and how far back can mouth swabs see anyway? I heard 8 hours, 15 hours, and 72 hours. my guess was it could be any one of those options so I went for two weeks of clean.

I stopped smoking 15 days prior. The 3 days after I stopped, I drank gallons of water and fruit juice. I frequently exercise and sweat. I think I have practically no body fat. I look starved but I eat plenty of food (no red meat until very recently). Took test today and I am doubting myself. AM I OKAY?! :eek: Rating: 5
