I know a chick that was busted for something similar. There were a couple of Hmong dudes crackin' jokes in their own tongue laughing it up looking at her so she asked if they would mind speaking english if they had anything to say to her. Next thing she knew, store security had her and detained her for the cops. STATE DISORDERLY CONDUCT!
