lol Yeah, but the majority of people won't do it for fear of getting arrested. Which would mean that there would be relatively few people standing in the street tokin' up ... Which of course would mean plenty of people going to jail. But, if you COULD get together the majority of the smokers in the world, over one day, to blaze together in the streets, it'd be badass.
