They sure were. We had the best hash and the worst weed.

Sorry for the side track. The percent of THC in weed is vague at best and not really comparible from strain to strain. They just measure how much resin is in the active substances not how much THC is in the actual plant. A one pound plant whose strain is 25% THC will not yield 1/4 LB of THC. So the comparisons still goes out the window since you still smoke the green material as well.

I have given up on finding a test that will find the amount of THC in each of the particular strains. I am back to smoking each strain for about 3 days then switching to another strain and it is easy to know which was better. Does one joint still get you as high. If not it is not as good. You don't have to be a an expert to test weed. So far the folks I give my weed to agree with my assesments.

Hey, so regarding the 'Cosmic Traveller' thing. I was going through some of my dads old stuff and found a paper that must have come with the 'The One', and it has all this stuff about it and it is signed 'The Cosmic Traveller'.

Does anyone else know anything about this guy?

Wow. Lots of wierd info on the Cosmic Traveler here. In 1970 I snorted some white powdery substance that was supposed to be "synthetic THC". It was most likely PCP judging by the crazy trip that was similar to smoking PCP. I lived at Tahoe at the time and everyone that partied did whatever drug was available at the time. I had a lot of "mescaline" that turned out to be LSD. I never heard of the Cosmic Traveler until about 1979 in the S.F. Bay area. At that time there was a product from the Cosmic Traveler called WUN or The WUN. It came in a small vial with a cork that had a pin sticking out and was used to dip the stuff out. It also came with a little pamphlet that indicated it was "90% honey oil and 10% of the best weed in the world". It was around for a very short time and I was never able to purchase any for myself. I did try some and it was one of the best things I had ever smoked to that point. The best thing I ever had was authentic honey oil from Afghanistan brought in through Canada by a friend of mine. That was in 1972 and is still the best oil I have ever seen. I know how it was made and plan to make this organic and non additive process available some day. Basically the WUN in the late 70's was the same quality of honey oil and some decent weed which was available by that date.

After this everyone started making ISO2 oil which tasted like diesel oil (not sour diesel the truck kind) and I still have not seen really good honey oil to this day. You can't make the best quality oil using butane, alcohol, CO2, Steam or any other similar process. You need a method to squeeze the oil directly out of the hash. Otherwise it should not even be called honey oil. It should be called Butane oil or alcohol oil or whatever additive is used. The steam is pretty natural but the oil is bunk.

I would like to see if anyone else has info on this person or these products.
