Well firstly, you'd have to hope one is female and one is male. As for the actual polination, if you don't want to make your female comepletely get covered in seeds later then you'd have to take the male into another grow room before the flowers open up then get some pollen on a que tip or something and put it on the hairs of the female. If the female gets pollinated the white hairs should get pulled back in a little bit (not instantly).

Sure you have to expect a male and a female. But you have to choose a splendid male, not a runt. I'm going to cross AK47 and skunk special, AK47 for the strength and skunk special for the yield. I've got a female skunk special ( clone ), and i choose an awesome male AK47, very potent, bushy, small internode, fast roots, ... But i know i can have AK47 potent like with high yield, but i can have the contrary. After you will have to seed a lot of seeds to keep the best specimens. Remember the joke. Marilyn Monroe said to Albert Einstein : "Oh god, it would be great if we had a baby together. He would have my beauty and your intelligence!" Einstein answered : " Yes, but imagine just one second if it is the contrary ...."
