Something I've never done, but always wanted to try: shroom smoothies! Here's what I'd do:

Chop up the shrooms-- not too finely, but not too big either. Put the shrooms, one cup of yogurt (I like peach!), and one cup (measuring cup) of juice (I like grape or cranberry) into the blender, and then blend until smooth. Add 2 cups of berries 1/2 cup at a time while blending on high-- I like raspberries and blueberries, but strawberries, mangoes, oranges, or pretty much anything else will work too. Throw in some echinacea or powdered Multi-V for added health, and drink up!

Chances are you won't even be able to taste the shrooms, and in in all likelihood, the blending will help your body absorb them better.
