I think I've got my problem... everything is new... so, I think the culprit is the air stone. I bought the cheap $1.20 one.... I should have bought the $7 one.

Anyway, I'll buy one of the costly ones and see how it fares against the one I have.... If it does substantially better, then I'll buy 2 or 3 more.

Here's what I've got: - 6" pot - 4" air stone - air pump with dual outlets. Now, I plumbed both air outlets with a "T", so now I've got one outlet... When I drop the airstone into the pot, it does make bubbles, but kind of shitty. Rating: 5
