If you can't focus on something, don't look to plants to help you. Just get rid of any distractions and concentrate.

Adderall helps with concentration, but in my experience is totally not worth it. Not only do many people get addicted to it, but it also has terrible side effects such as lack of appetite, insomnia, and severe irritability/depression on the come down. Not only do the side-effects and after effects suck, but it also makes the user about as interesting as a pile of rocks while he is on the medication! Its not worth it, just suck it up and focus god damnit, anyone can do it

nah didn't want adderall, but you know how omega 3 helps with memory? I was hoping someone knew of something like that, that helps with attention spans.
