From that DARPAnet came a network hooking up universities all over the USA (eventually, the world). That network connecting universities wasn't the internet. You idiot. And whether they created it or not, they regulate it. Buying seeds is obviously legal in some places, but it is illegal here. Everytime you buy seeds, your name gets tagged. My friend bought seeds and when we tried coming back into the US they strip searched him and said it was because his name was tagged from buying seeds. Rating: 5
