do these plants look healthy?
hey everyone ive posted a few times before. this is my first setup and i know that theres all sorts of grow faq's out there and ive read them and ive learned a shitload in the time that ive been doing this. all three of these plants are roughly 2 weeks old, give or take a day in between their sprouting time. im using a 95w fluorescent grow light, 4 gallons of purified water in the resevoir, using foxfarm nutes and some hygrozime which the hydro shop dude suggested, and i spray them once a day with a mixture of spray n grow and dutch masters penetrator. it took a bit to find some mylar but i did and that works great. i also have a bathroom fan on the back of my cabinet that sucks out air at 50cfm and ive got a regular fan in there to circulate air. its a little warm in there, going between 77-89 degrees farenheit with humidity between 25-45 percent. i checked out the root mass yesterday and i did see some brown, but except for the bottom of the resevoir tub that sits on the floot, ive totally lightproofed the bucket and lid and i did just change the nutrients friday. i think its just the nutes making the color because im using a bubble bucket method so its constantly being misted by the bubbles. oh yeah, ive got 3 14 inch airstones in there and one 10-30 gal. air pump and one 30-60 gal. air pump that i got a walmart. i would just like a few outside opinions on how everyone thinks my plants are doing or if anyone sees anything wrong with them. please dont link me to faq's the point here is to get multiple outside opinions from other hydro growers. any and all are greatly appreciated.

Your humidity is to low for this cycle and the temperature is to hot. Going above 85f for extended periods will cause the plant to transpire to much thus work to hard. Try too lower the temperature into the 70's. You can raise the light a little with the bulb you are using and that would help. RH should be around 60-70% for the vegetation cycle.

the thing is that this floro makes like no heat dissipation at all it has a built in ballast. i dont know what to do to raise the humidity and its pretty hard to even get the temperatuture into the 70's i was thinking of an aquarium chiller but those are kinda expensive. i dunno, im willing to play up to like 150 dollars for one i guess cuz temp is vital but im trying to be cost effective. this is a stealth grow hidden inside a dresser about 15 inches deep, 4 feet tall, and about 3 feet wide. i got that bathroom fan in there to suck air out and a regular fan to blow air around, i just cant figure out what to use to make the temperature cool in there and stay cool.

Anastrophy,
Hey man... please keep us updated with your girls... they look great! Trully amazing. They're like all green and with leaves... nice...
[NOTE: I've never grown weed in my life... so those opinions are to be taken with a grain of salt.]
On a more serious note, I guess you could:
Also, get the fan blowing on them leaves... make them flutter...Zandor::: Your humidity is to low for this cycle and the temperature is to hot. I have one of those 95w cfl's and its a load of shit they don't dissapate heat, especially if it is in a confined space, you'll get a build up. Go buy the glass shield and a 4" flange and exhaust it with a 80cfm inline fan and flex tube available at Home Depot. Seal the the edges where the reflector meets the glass with duct tape to create a better vaccuum. I did this and it worked great. Will cost you $45 -$50.

well snow owl its a cfl with a built in ballast, sure i am aware the ballast dissipates heat. maybe you could be more specific and tell me what exactly to buy and how to put it together? remember, this is my first grow. and hey turtle i got more pics. i was lookin in a high times mag at 3 week old plants in soil this morning and damn they're huge. this high end bagseed but hey, this shit stinks for being a little over 2 weeks old. smells like gasoline. as soon as i touch a plant and shake it at all, a huge whiff of aroma comes rushing at me
after this i wanna grow some danky dank. some bomb shit that will make me feel like im flying or falling into the sky. not the shit that makes you sink 10 feet into a couch. me and my bro were checkin out reefermanseeds.com for the safest delivery and best quality to the states. anyway, here's the pics, and when i was at work my bro trimmed them, cuz they're getting really big.

It is hard to get the temp down..I been fighting the temp thing my whole grow, I hover in the 82-84 and I wish I could get it down in the 75-77.. Luckily the temp outside is lowering.. Could you move it close to a A/C vent.. Its hard, but don't fret over it. Some other people on here have said they have had some awesome grows in the 80's. All you can do is what you can do.. I wonder how the hell this stuff grows outside in Mexico with 90-105 temps, But I guess you cant compare OUTSIDE to inside.. I have 3 fans, a clip on TWO 22 inch fans, blowing out the hot air on the top.. sucking cool air in from the bottom. still in the lows 80's
