40W fluesant light?
Would a 40W fluresant light (1.2m long) be surfitiant to grow a few seedlings untill they are a few inches tall?

imo..yeah...i use a 40w 1ft twin light till the seedling has established itself

Sure.
With one of those lights you can achieve a couple of inches in a couple of hours....or a day or so
Mind you they will be gumbys and stick plants....
if you have it half inch from the top you should be ok.

Ok cool thanks, i have 3 computor fans blowing air onto them, do you think this will be enough to keep them cool? (the light isnt too hot)
