yo i've been smoking ciggs for about 2 months now and im still getting the light headed feeling and all my friends said they lost the feeling 1 month into smoking and i still have it, and i do inhale my ciggs i am a real smoker, any of you guys still get the light headed feeling that is who do smoke ciggs, btw i stay smoking newports (most of the Time) Marbolo Menthol Lights (sometimes) and Camel Turkish Royal (rarely).
