My dad has no respect for my privacy I'm always worrying about smoking in my room, in case my dad walks in while tokin', so last night i thought i might as well. Well i had a full bowl, smoked half of it, smoked the other half in one hit, just as i finished the hit i hear *knock knock* "Josh" and the door opening *creak* all in 2 seconds, it was my dad, just bursting into my room while i had a hit held in, i blew it out the window and he said "you seeing if it's raining?" so i said yeh as i had just come in from the window. True, but they are always home and i like to be high in the evenings and at night when i can just chill and talk to people, when there's no one home it's always weeday daytime, and i just laze about watching tv and eating sooo much junk food, i don't like it, it's not as fun as being able to chat to people

i dont have a door for my room...i live in the basement and i have a sheet put up...how ghetto, good thing i dont toke anymore, but i used to all the time,never had a problem

and btw ur dad seems like a nice guy compared to my step dad, he keeps threatening to send me to juvy because im disrespectful (im on house arrest, so all he has to do is call and say he wants me out of his house) my step dad goes around and picks fights with me saying im making his life a living hell, when i go out of my way to stay away from him

I can't go outside, if i go out i'd have to be out until i'm sober, as when i come back from anywhere my dad seems to run to the front door to see me, and always turns the lights on so he can see my eyes (i know he tried to look at them, 'cause he keeps talking bullshit so i have to look at him at least once) and i have no reason to be going outside.. especially just for 5 minutes. And when he's in the house and when i smoke, it's usually dark so there's nowhere to walk, i live near a main road so i can't smoke on the streets.. the only solution is....... smoke in the house, but in the bathroom/small downstairs toilet.

To me it sounds like you have a great dad who is trying to protect his son...I understand your frustration but try and take it easy on him.

I dont have a door either. My dad built the room specificly so it wouldnt have a door.

Also, my parents seem to love walking in to interrupt me for the stupidest reasons. I figured out recently that theyre just doing it for the hell of it.

My advice...find somewhere else to live. In the meantime, keep a supply of things to throw at people who walk in your room. AIM FOR THE HEAD


p.s. if youve got problems with folks trying to intimidate you, i'd suggest reading hand to hand combat manuals. Ive never broken my dad's limbs yet, but its very reassuring knowing you can. Hehe..if you decide to beat the shit out of your folks its even better knowing you have another place to live. Im moving next month!

About 1 minute ago my dad knocked my door once (quietly) and walked straight in, said "got the duster and polish?" i gave it to him and he said "ooh yeh, thanks" and walked off, still pissed me off that he just walked straight in, might as well not have knocked
