If you don't want to snort them, empty the beads out of the capsules and cover them with a piece of paper or something then crush them with a lighter. Refill the capsules with the crushed beads and take them.
This breaks the sustained release, as the beads are waxy and would otherwise digest slowly in your intestine.

Then like a few days ago after a month we went back said it worked good so the doc gave me 20 mgrs adderal xr the one with balls in them. How can i get high from this? Well, follow the instructions in my previous post except now instead of re-filling the capsules go over the crushed beads with a razor and snort. Either way I would crush the beads to counter the sustained release mechanism.
